Like little children we are taught to eat fruit and vegetables. We are told that they would be bigger and stronger. As a teenager, we are told to get some fruits and vegetables in our diet. We are reminded that they are low in fat and rich in kindness. A recent study showed that a healthy diet is just as important for older adults. To take classes or learn new skills in a different way to keep fit and active mind.
